Responsibilities

• Receive trainings and coaching to be part of projects at customer site
• Assist the Quality Management Coach and support and optimize training processes
• Create training schedules regarding efficiency, workload, and customer satisfaction
• Perform on other supportive tasks defined by the Project Leader and Coaches
• Internal support function of Madinger’s quality department

Qualifications

• Team player, willingness to communicate and cooperate
• Engagement to the signed tasks
• Conscientiousness to each detail of the work
• Sense of integrity and compliance
• Bachelor’s degree of science and engineering or similar major, Bachelor of majors of quality institute is a big plus
• Very good written and good spoken English, German is a plus
• Experience of quality related training/work/internship
• Readiness of domestic travel and working in different places
