About this job:

To support our China- and South East Asia-based end customers and distributors, we are searching for a Support Engineer (home office base), located in P.R. China.

Core Responsibilities

  • Full-scale technical support of assigned national and international customers and distributors via email, telephone, online meeting and on-site.
  • Help with deployment and configuration of sensors.
  • Feedback to region manager and support team in Germany.
  • Work with ticket system in CRM
  • Occasional travel to Germany for team coordination/training
Requirement:

Core Competencies/Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science
  • 3 years (min.) of experience as a design- or test engineer.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical/complex topics clearly in both oral and written forms in Chinese and English. German is not required, but a plus.
  • Earlier employment in traffic management industry preferred.
  • Proficient in MS-Office and CRM ticket system
  • Willingness to travel to customers and distributors all over Greater China and South East Asia.
Native Language: Chinese
Working Experience: 3-5 years
