About this job:
  1. Achieve goals.
  2. Maintain and strengthen customer relationship.
  3. Develop new business opportunities, provide feedback on market/application/competitive intelligence.
  4. Analyze market requirements and competitor activities.
  5. Coordinate with other functions including CSO, TM, Finance and manufacturing to support customer needs.
  6. Monitor and manage: sales KPI/stock/payment.
  7. Prepare periodic sales reports to the Management.
  1. Experience: Min 5 years sales & marketing experience in manufacturing company, regional sales and marketing experience in leadframe, power, connector or semiconductor industry preferred.
  2. Qualification: Degree in Marketing, Technical Engineering, Business, Trade or equivalent.
  3. Skills: MS Office, presentation skills, business sense.
  4. Personality: Willingness to travel, well trained communication skills and analytical thinking abilities. Must be a teamplayer, task-oriented & able to work under pressure.
  5. Languages: Good command of oral & written English.
