- Participate Digitalization project for Zoho Cloud and Yonyou U8 ERP system implementation and legacy system migration. In charge of business process optimization, documentation, testing and go-live, such as Sales to Cash, Purchase to Payment, Project Management.etc., within the required schedule;
- Responsible for business IT requirement analysis and coordination with the external software provider to ensure efficient planning and delivery of new updates, modification, change requests;
- Responsible for taking IT requirements from staff and provide solutions or suggestions. Communicate externally with software or hardware service providers for problem-solving, requirement taking, technology analysis etc.;
- Responsible for software user privilege control, system setting for new or existing user accounts, and system configuration management. Periodically backup ERP system data to ensure operational data security;
- Provide support and ERP/CRM training to staff on an ongoing basis to best utilize the system, implement how-to guides, along with troubleshooting user issues and interfacing with support as required;
- Coordinate with service provider for daily maintenance and problem solving of all IT hardware, PC, NB, Printer, and server.

- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration;
- Minimum 3 years first-hand experience in working on ZOHO CRM software or Yonyou U8 ERP;
- Knowledge in scheduling jobs, troubleshooting database problems and routine database housekeeping tasks of MS SQL Server;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Self-motivated and strong relationship management ability to communicate, influence and collaborate with others to deliver business activities successfully. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- A strong team player with a proactive, flexible and able to work under pressure
- 3年及以上企业信息系统运维管理经验，熟悉用友U8, Zoho CRM等系统;
- 熟悉MS SQL Server数据库的维护、数据备份、数据库优化；
- Experience of Yonyou U8 ERP or Zoho One implementation project;
- Ability of Deluge programming using Zoho Creator;
- Proficiency in German is an asset;
- Hold certification of Project Management, Yonyou U8 System or MS SQL Server DBA.
- 有 用友 U8 系统或Zoho One 导入项目或实施经验；
- 有Zoho Creator 软件Deluge语言编程能力；
- 具有PMP证书、用友U8系统或微软MS SQL Server数据库认证的优先。
