About this job:
  • Responsible for the ordering and delivery of overseas materials, etc.
  • Responsible for the specifications and technical information of metal parts and communicate with R&D and suppliers.
  • Regularly evaluate supplier quality capacity delivery.
  • Regularly understand the market price fluctuations of materials
  • Track and resolve issues such as batch product delivery quality.
  • Preparation and signing of contractual agreements, etc.
  • Maintenance of related information records.
  • Engineering change processing and new sample confirmation.
  • Emergency handling such as lack of materials.
Requirement:
  • College and above, mechanical background is better
  • More than 5 years experience in procurement of metal parts
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Have experience in ERP system order operation and delivery management.
  • Good communication skills, execution and collaboration skills.
  • Can work hard and have strong learning ability.

 

Professional and work background requirements:

It is best to learn mechanical engineering, structure and other engineering subjects, because this position "purchasing engineer" position mainly focuses on engineering capabilities, and we need to discuss engineering and other technical issues with our R&D department and suppliers, and procurement and business experience. In addition, the candidate shall communicate with foreign suppliers in English, because it is responsible for the procurement of overseas materials.
