Job Responsibilities

• You play a role in leading and acquiring consulting projects
• Within our projects you take responsibility for client relations & management
• You coordinate and communicate between Swiss and Chinese government bodies, associations and private companies
• You bring in your experience in cross-cultural project work and play a key role in bridging cultural and language barriers between East and West
• You compile project reports and deliver customer presentations
• You work on marketing and communication for clients and join in concept and content development on various projects
• You represent Generis and Switzerland at meetings and events
• You provide oral and written translation to ensure multi-lingual project work and outputs

Requirements

• Master of business, finance, management or engineering
• 5-10 years project management experience in an international environment
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills are required, German is a plus
• Curious, committed, open minded, team-oriented personality
• Strong communication skills, structured & analytical thinking and a creative mind
• Strong personal network of executive level people in business, finance, government
