About this job:

(1) To be partner to the operations in providing full spectrum HR consulting in areas namely resourcing, performance management, talent development, retention and staff engagement
(2) Enhance performance management programs and manage annual and regular performance management sessions
(3) Assess training and development needs of the business by working closely with line managers and develop training calendar and budget
(4) Provide advice and counseling to employee on employee-related issues
(5) Improve HR process efficiency and effectiveness
(6) Deploy and manage new HR initiatives to drive employee motivation, diversity, and positive work environment
(7) Responsible for Payroll related matters
(8) Involve and manage ad-hoc projects assigned

(1) Admin budget plan and monitoring
(2) Policy set up and execution
(3) Important guests coordination
(4) Other tasks assigned from time to time


(1) Work independently/proactively, prioritize tasks and make sound judgment to anticipate GM's needs/expectation
(2) Excellent people management, communication and problem solving skills, acting as liaison between management & rest of staff
(3) High sense of confidentiality; a good listener and early knower
(4) Present professional image of self and company at anytime

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of direct experience in HR or related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Qualification: Degree in Business with major in HRM or equivalent


- Strong in the Labor Law in China

- Strong interpersonal, communication and coaching skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization

- Strong customer-centricity; strong follow-up and multi-tasking skills

- People oriented, Self-motivated, independent & resourceful

- Ability to create high quality presentation materials (Microsoft PowerPoint)

- Ability to use Microsoft Excel at intermediate or advanced level

Personality: Integrity and trust, gracious, action oriented, sensibility

Languages: Good in Spoken and Written English & Mandarin; German, Japanese is preferable

Native Language: Chinese
Working Experience: above 5 years
