About this job:

As a member of a legal support secretarial team, the legal secretary performs various legal secretarial duties for partners or senior associates

  • Work with documents: typing, formatting, preparing comparing
  • Maintain complete client files (digital and paper)
  • Open and up-date file opening
  • Maintain contact data base
  • Prepare mailings, Christmas cards, Spring Festival Cards and appropriate mailing
  • Prepare business meetings in and outside the office, arrange for business trips, handle reimbursement of expenses
  • Call screening for Chief Rap.
  • Fill in time sheet on daily basis
  • Deal with ad-hoc work as requested;
  • Excellent skills of Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Power Point and technical devices like fax machine, copy machine etc.
  • Outstanding diligence in general and in particular at filing
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent typing skills including typing according to dictates
  • Professional appearance in particular business dress code
  • Appropriate manners to clients in particular at telephone which includes knowing the names and corresponding company name and industry
