Kessel China is a subsidiary of Kessel AG and was established in 2013. Kessel China has an open position for a Director of Sales and Business Development, which is described below.
|About this job:
- annual sales budget, quarterly rolling forecasts and achievement of the target; daily management of sales department including daily work of sales staff, performance appraisal, business training, etc.
- project development, sales/retail channel development, sales/agent development, key account management, as well as design-institute and consulting-company promotion.
- new business development, marketing strategy, sales strategy, and market promotion.
- Develop and manage agents in the industry and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationship with them. Ensure brand image of terminal channel.
- Cooperate with key account manager to manage key customers, support and follow up the development of major projects.
- Develop and maintain water supply and drainage, mechanical and electrical consultants, designers, mechanical and electrical contractors, owners and other resources to increase market share of products.
- Supervise the negotiation and signing of major marketing contracts, implement customer repayment, and establish long-term and stable customer relationship.
- Full-time bachelor degree or above, preferably a major in mechanical and electrical engineering, water supply, drainage and architecture, or marketing and enterprise management.
- More than 8 year experience in high-end building materials industry or building water supply and drainage products market. 3-5 year experience in project management and sales management, and experience as a team leader for more than 10-20 sales-persons is preferred.
- Good command of English to meet the needs of the work (listening, speaking, reading and writing);
- Proficiency in office (word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
- Strong ability of macro-analysis and good at learning and innovating;
- Good team spirit and rich team building experience. Can achieve sales goals under great pressure;
- Experience in water supply and drainage products and building materials industry projects or pump valve retail experience is preferred, such as: pump/valve/drainage equipment/sanitary ware/building materials products project or retail experience, etc.
- Good sense of self-management and time management, as well as willingness to travel (inter) nationally is needed.
