About this job:

Overall Description

Balluff is looking for a operational support assistant to join our team. In this role your work will be a wide variety of tasks from marketing, sales to financial analysis working with a great team in AsiaPacific. Activities include coordination, development of presentations, market research and some financial analysis (basic). Responsibilities (included but not be limited in):

  • Coordinate information gathering across sales and marketing organization across Asia Pacific
  • Assist in analyzing data from various sources to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across Asia Pacific to support regional management
  • Compile Powerpoint presentations and Excel reports
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis by product, industry and region.
  • Make recommendation for action based on financial analysis and benchmark
  • Bachelor degree.
  • Excellent/Expret knowledge of MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience conducting research.
  • Very task-oriented.
  • Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills.
  • Interested in learning about business and system/process analysis.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral), Chinese knowledge is a plus.
  • Delight, serious and careful working attitude.
  • Good organization, interpersonal communication, coordination ability.
Native Language: English
