Project Manager Building, Energy & Environment

Job Summary:

Responsible for technology cooperation and networking in the German-Chinese industry as well as international environmental project management such as project development, fundraising, budgeting and reporting. Support project event management, scientific publishing and lobbying measures.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Project Management
  • Communicate effectively with German and Chinese SMEs and associations
  • Manage relations to Chinese government representatives
  • Support the implementation of national and international project events
  • Compose articles for project publications, newsletters or website
  • Manage Chinese press and media relations

Statement of Qualifications:

  • A university degree in Environmental Sciences or Business Administration
  • A minimum of two years’ work experience (e.g. relating to building energy efficiency, renewable energies)
  • Project Management experience, preferably managing governmental related projects
  • Good analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Good organizational skills
  • Cross-cultural competence



Chinese:                       Mother tongue

German:                       Proficiency - oral, reading and writing required

English:                        Advanced

Native Language: Chinese
