We are a manufacture of household appliances such as coffee machines, milk frother, electric BBQs etc. The products are sold worldwide.

The company is located in Shenzhen Bao’an and is covering more than 20,000 square meters. Currently there are five hundred employees.

About this job:

项目经理将全面负责分配给他的项目包括但不限于管理所有新项目的进度、预算、及与客户和其他内部部门的沟通

The Project Manager will be fully responsible for the projects assigned to him. This includes but is not limited to managing all new projects considering schedule and budget and communicating with the customer and other internal departments.

In addition, the Project Manager will be responsible for the project status reporting and resource planning.

  • 领导项目的计划和实施Lead the planning and implementation of project
  • 促进项目范围、目标和可交付成果的定义Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • 确定项目的任务及资源需求Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • 制定全面的项目计划Develop full scale project plans
  • 组织和协调项目人员Assemble and coordinate project staff
  • 管理项目预算Manage project budget
  • 管理项目资源的分配Manage project resource allocation
  • 计划和安排项目时间表行程Plan and schedule project timelines
  • 使用适当的工具跟踪项目可交付成果Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • 为项目团队提供方向和支持Provide direction and support to project team
  • 质量保证持续监控项目进展并向所有利益相关者报告Quality assurance constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • 提供定义项目进度、问题及解决方案的报告Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • 实施和管理项目变更和干预措施,以实现项目成果Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • 项目评估和结果评估Project evaluations and assessment of results

Requirement:

任职资格: 教育/经历

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • 优秀的沟通能力,中文和英语/德语的书写和口语流利Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and oral Chinese and English/German
  • 具有机械工程、工业工程、机械工程、工程技术或相关专业的学士学位,高级学位优先Bachelor Degree in an area such as manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering technology or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
  • 5年以上项目管理经验Minimum of 5 years experience in project management
  • 5年以上团队管理及监督的经验Minimum of 5 years experience in managing/supervising a team
  • 精通计算机技能,例如MS Office, MS Project, Pro-E, AutoCAD…High level of computer skills such as: MS Office, MS Project, Pro-E, AutoCAD…

  • 具有创造性思维Demonstrated ability to think creatively
  • 熟悉ISO等质量体系Familiar with quality systems such as ISO
