• Management of the Production Department
• Guidance and development of the team, improvement of processes
• Technical support of injection molding processes and process technologies for the whole framas Group
• Monitor and analyze OEE figures
• Estimating and negotiating investment plans with General Director
• Process engineering and process research
• Define quality standards and ensure the quality
• Material and Maintenance Management

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management or any related field
• At least 3 years of working experience as Production Manager in a similar position
• Independent work and high willingness to perform
• Knowledge about Lean systems (e.g. Six Sigma)
• Very good language proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is a must
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills are compulsory
• Self-motivation, ability to work independently and an attitude of continuous improvement
