About this job:
  • Manage the production with result and cost responsibility within in a flat organization
  • Monitor and report KPI’s to the management board
  • Motivate and organize teams of production engineers, production planners/controllers and project managers
  • Continuous Improvement and development of the supply chain, production and quality system
  • MRP/Production planning in collaboration with other departments from the headquarter
  • Quality Management throughout entire production process
  • Implementation of new product innovations or manufacturing innovations into the production system
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety and health protection
  • Development of the production system regarding production technology/investment planning
  • Industrial engineering, Mechanical engineering, Business administration or similar university background
  • Minimum 10 years work experience including minimum 5 years in a leading role within an international company
  • Work experience in operational functions such as Production, Purchase/Sourcing, Project or Quality management
  • Deep understanding of value streams, lean and quality management
  • Strategic and operational result driven character with high communication ability
  • Structured and open-minded working method
