About this job:
  • Take all incoming calls and respond to and transfer incoming e-mails
  • Take messages for the General Manager
  • First point of contact for service providers, Center Management and Facility Management
  • Supervise postal service
  • Collect, file and forward all incoming documents
  • Check travel expenses documents
  • Travel Management for General Manager and team
  • Administrative tasks
Requirement:
  • Reliable and trustful person
    Excellent German or English skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in Administration and Office Management
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Office, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Office, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Native Language: Chinese
Working Experience: 1-2 years
