About this job:

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the Dr. Wolff office (e.g. administrative tasks, office vendor communication, stationary etc.)
  • Manage distribution for import related topics, stock management
  • HR Management tasks (e.g. monitor labour contracts)
  • Organize team-events
  • Other jobs assigned by Manager


Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control all aspects of administration and operational book-keeping and accounting
  • Control the office operational expenses
  • Build, manage and further develop an efficient administration organization
  • Management, coordination and communication of finance related company processes
  • Work closely with HQ accounting team to ensure adequate financial controls are in place
  • Prepare financial reporting, month end closing, forecast, budget and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain cash and bank journal; Prepare monthly bank reconciliation; Monitor cash forecast
  • Responsible for Purchasing and invoicing
  • Responsible for all general ledgers including Accruals and Fixed Assets, Income and Expenses Allocation, etc
  • Ensure a timely month end closing using established accounting software (e.g. Kingdee system)
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and local statutory financial statements
  • Handling tax related issues and reports, including annual Income Tax Return package
  • Handle local audit and government inspections
  • Responsible for purchasing and invoicing


  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • 3-5 years working experience
  • Work experience in international company
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • German language skills would be a plus
  • Proficiency in controlling and/ or accounting
  • First experience in purchasing and budget control
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Admin and facility management experience
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
  • Project management skills
