Why We Need YOU:
At our marketing and information solutions department we engage, every year since 2016, in a research project on behalf of a strategic partner of Direct HR Group.
It is a fun an intensive project that usually kicks-off by late May and comes to an end around mid-September, with the release of a report and a series of regional presentations with market information covering the current state of compensation in China for a wide range of industries and functions.
The project involves sourcing data from secondary and primary sources. The latter will entail the preparation of an online questionnaire, online data collection and administration, data consistency and data analysis. Now, here is the thing: our Marketing Manager can’t do it alone. So that is why we need you.
We need your keen analysis, creative ideas, and quick actions to take this project to successful completion. You have the expertise to work with data (either with Excel or other tools), the passion to learn about how to maximize response rates and learn how to handle online software to collect data. With the guidance of the Marketing Manager and your impetus, we aim at delivering the best content possible out of the information we will gather.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
As dreadful as they are, we are going to leverage on bullet points to give you a more specific sense of the type of tasks and responsibilities you will be handling. We hope such a list will give you an idea about how your day-to-day is going to look like. Ready? Then let’s go:
