About this job:

Your mission:

  • Take full responsibility by leading the implementation of a new cloud-based ERP solution for our Chinese entities
  • You support our internal stakeholders with identifying their demands, specifying requirements and providing appropriate and well-fitted solutions in the areas of finance management, sales, purchase, outsourced and insourced production, warehouse and transportation management in our multi-national scenario
  • You act as a central interaction and communication point between our business departments, our international ERP implementation team in Germany and our ERP implementation partner
  • You analyse, model and prioritize business processes and assess digital solutions for supporting their execution
  • You establish new approaches for master data management in order to enable a better and more industrialized execution of our business processes
  • You prepare, execute and summarize cross-functional workshops
  • Your major goal is to optimize our business processes and improve our operational excellence by introducing appropriate digital mechanisms based on a high end cloud ERP infrastructure
  • You manage the whole technical and business transition step by step and address operational and technical risks
  • You are used to deliver project results in time and in budget

Your profile:

  • Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Business or IT related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in IT with experience in international ERP implementation projects
  • Excellent knowledge for cloud based ERP solution Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations or Comparable cloud solution
  • Clear mind for business processes especially in the areas of sales, purchase, production, warehouse and transportation management
  • Rich project management experience
  • Strong skills for people management and collaboration
  • Experiences in international project and company setups
  • Good English language is necessary, German language is a benefit
  • Analytical thinking and willingness to take responsibility
