About this job:
  • Create and execute project implementation plans and suggest alternatives
  • Breaking down implementation scopes into suitable work packages
  • Define milestones and schedule deadlines
  • Define roles and responsibilities within the implementation team
  • Manage day – to – day operational aspects of projects implementation
  • Arrange project –relevant appointments
  • Project coordination between , different entities, 3rd party vendor and implementation team
  • Apply quality control practices (Knowledge transfer, work packages)
  • Update on progress or issues arising during project implementation via regular meetings and written status reports
  • Setup the monitoring of development of KPI
  • Assist project managers to prepare PowerPoints Presentations for clients
  • Participate in marketing research, generates relevant market report to support internal or external projects
  • Help our customers and organizations succeed via enabled technology
  • Design and implement change management processes helping our customers and organizations be more efficient and profitable
  • Strong verbal and written and presentation skills; both in Chinese and English, or German would be advantageous
  • University degree mechanical, automotive or mechanic engineering, Business but with extensive technical affinity
  • Overseas study experience and relevant internship or work experience is preferred
  • Solid team player as well as independent thinker, adaptability in multi-cultural and team-based working environment
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning and interpersonal skills. Experience in the creation of material
  • Attention to detail. Organized, effective in time management and able to multitask
  • Ability to explain complex technical and commercial problems to clients and third-parties
  • Experience in the preparation and presentation of deliverables, such as project management, business process management, technical feasibility study and cost benefit analysis at all levels within the organization
  • Preparation, facilitation and evaluation of workshops
  • Experience in the implementation of OP (open point ) tracking list
  • Expertise in the establishment and use of information management tools
  • Self-responsible working attitude and initiative.
  • Computer skills mandatory, good PPT design & creation and presentation still is a plus
  • Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
