In China services offered under the brand DEinternational are provided by the 8 offices of the German Industry & Commerce (GIC). GIC provides tailor-made services to help its clients succeed. The department “Fairs, Events & Delegations” (FED) offers One-stop-exhibition services incl. trade fair participation and pavilion organization. Additionally, FED offers professional and tailor-made event management as well as full support for business and government delegations to China.

About this job:
  • Daily email communication, project processing follows-ups and department supporting services;
  • Marketing promotions for trade fair services and events and individual projects; Common tasks incl. EDM, telephone marketing and database follow-ups;
  • Report to project manager; Recent projects incl. AUMA production, China Wind Power, Rail & Metro, etc.
  • Meeting minutes record and daily work upon request.
Requirement:
  • Fluency in English;
  • Fluency in German language is not required, but highly appreciated;
  • Task-driven and motivated personality;
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirits;
  • Interest/ experience in event planning, trade fair industry and delegations.

Period: 3-6 months
