About this job:

Would you like to broaden your academic knowledge with practical experience? Are you excited about Human Resources Management and have ideally gathered some experience before?

Our internship offers insights in the daily recruiter’s work and on top you can participate and support our HR improvement projects:

  • Assist recruitment and related preparations
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates according to our recruitment procedures
  • Participate in HR improvement projects or processes related to e.g. Employer Branding, Employee Relations and Development
  • Handle and file  HR documentation
  • Analyze HR related data
Requirement:

If the following describes you, please apply!

  • Ready to start in August/September
  • Available for 3-6 months
  • Bachelor or Master undergraduate, preferred major in Human Resources, Law, Psychology or MBA
  • Sufficient English and Chinese communication skills
  • Responsible, patients, careful and respectful working attitude.
  • Familiar with HR related rules, regulations, laws and policies.
  • Team work and adaptability to intercultural working environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Working Experience: Fresh Graduate
