The company has offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Mexico City, Shanghai and Sao Paulo.

The company is in the midst of implementing a 5-year sales plan and is on target with achieving its objectives. In order to stay in line with the relevant targets, the company understands that it will need to hire a Human Resources Intern that will support the China team with execution processes within the firm, providing professional services to satisfy ever-changing market needs.

About this job:
  • Identification and evaluation of candidates.
  • Supporting recruiting projects.
  • Elaborating memorandums and presentations on meetings.
  • Elaborating progress reports on projects.
  • Collaborate with the team in strategy meetings to refocus difficult projects.
  • Keep up to date with changes in client and candidate requirements.
  • Develop strategy documents to ensure the execution of a search process is as simple as possible.

This position will be based in the Downtown of Shanghai. It is a full-time Intern job opening to international senior students or Chinese returnees who are looking for an entry-level job in the recruitment industry after college in Shanghai. Chinese returnees or an international education are highly preferred.  The ideal profile should have the following characteristics:

  • Have a Bachelor or Master's degree with a solid academic record.
  • High interest  in recruitment or Headhunting.
  • Extroverted and confident individual, with the ability to easily communicate through the phone, video conference, face-to-face meetings.
  • A high level of spoken and written English is essential. Italian or Spanish will be positively valued.
  • Strong analytical mindset and result-orientation.
  • Will manage the job pressure and will be able to prioritize effectively.
  • Resilient and Proactive attitude.
  • Global mindset and international experience.
