About this job:
  • Development of human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives and business strategy
  • Management of human resources operations in North China including but not limited to employee relations and retention, compliance, labor relations, visa of foreign employees, performance and HR record management
  • Management of full recruitment cycle and talent acquisition process
  • Responsible for compensation and benefits
  • Design and implement training & development strategy and processes and manage outcomes
  • Research, develop, write, and update HR policies, processes, and guidelines
  • Provide human resources support and consultation to senior management
  • Support on HR regular reporting delivery and HR data analysis
  • Minimum of 4 years Human Resources management related work experience
  • Bachelor or above degree. Major in Human Resources or Business Management is preferred
  • Native Mandarin speaker. Strong command (oral and writing) of English
  • Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, employee relations, and training & development
  • Demonstrated high level of confidentiality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to diagnose problems, and identify and drive appropriate solutions
  • High emotional and cultural intelligence
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the use of data in day-to-day business
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and advocate critical thinking
  • Embracing learning opportunities and determination for continuous self-improvement
