About this job:
  • Manage, optimize and ensure that all HR processes to run in its excellence, serving as support for other areas and processes in achieving the objectives, strategies and organizational goals.
  • Manage and run activities related to human resources including training and development, jobs and wages, benefits.
  • Develop and implement recruitment policy, process and strategy to screen and attract top talents.
  • Responsible for labor relationship management,harmonizing good connection with labor management Authorities.
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration are preferred.
  • More than 3 years Human Resources management related work experience.
  • Strong command of German.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
