About this job:

Brief Description of Assignment:

  • Follow up HR routine process including signature tracking and contract renewal
  • Employee personal file management and Employee management
  • Administration affairs including meeting room reservation, scanning, etc.
  • Supporting on HR projects following time-line
  • Other assignments arranged by supervisor & team members
Requirement:

Basic Requirement:

  • Must stay fulltime student identity during whole internship
  • Must fulfill 6 months internship, 5 days per week
  • Starting date ASAP

 

Qualification Requirement:

  • Education -Bachelor degree or above
  • Excellent English skills both oral and written will be necessary
  • Good computer skills with MS Office
