On behalf of our client, we are searching candidate for

“Commercial Director – Finance, Controlling, Legal”

Location: A major city in North China

Key tasks:

  • Form a close working relationship with the General Manager, other Senior Executives and Non Executives in the subsidiary as well as the headquarters in Europe;
  • Provide advice to the General Manager and the Board’s Finance and Accounting strategy, to optimize the company’s financial performance and strategic position;
  • Take final control of the company’s accounting function;
  • Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers;
  • Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties including customers, government officials and advisers.
  • Business administration university education or matchable education in the field of finance;
  • Experience in a manufacturing company in China;
  • Several years of work experience and professional skills in Controlling, Finance and Accounting in international corporations, ideally in European manufacturing companies;
  • Intercultural expertise;
  • Knowledge of local Chinese law;
  • IT-knowledge: SAP, MS-Office;
  • Prefer native European candidate with working experiences in China.
