About this job:

Position Objectives:

To issue quotation, contract according to sales inquiry, communicate with customer or subsidiary for product technical clarification. Execution and maintain the order in ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customer or/and subsidiary company to clarify the technical requirement detail and offer them quotation, singed contract as SOP instructed;
  • Put through the order in ERP system, follow up the production procedure and update logistic situation;
  • Understands customer requirements for support services; May recommend and deliver billable services as appropriate;
  • Other assignments as required.
  • Education & Professional Background: Bachelor Degree or equivalent education level
  • Relevant Experience: 3+ years work experience in Sales and /or project management
  • Language Skills: Frequent in both verbal and written English
  • Other Requirement
    1. Excellent systems aptitude (SAP experience is a plus);
    2. Strong work ethic with ability to work well under pressure, high initiative, and ability to handle multiple tasks;
    3. Must be a self-motivator;
    4. Must have strong Microsoft Office, verbal & written communication skills
