Sales & Commercial Coordinator (m/f)

Location: Beijing

As a Sales & Commercial Coordinator,  you will offer reliable support and report to our Area Sales Manager in China and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases.


  • Carrying out inside sales activities such as acquisition of customers, follow-up on quotations, etc.
  • Coordinating marketing activities such as market/customer research, preparing exhibition shows in order to support sales opportunities.
  • Updating Area Sales Manager by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
  • Providing product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting and forwarding appropriate information.
  • Order Processing: Following the complete process chain, from quotation under clarification with ecom Germany, placing the order until successful delivery to customer.
  • Assisting our reseller network.
  • Proactively establishing and maintaining highly organized filing systems; filing correspondence and other records, such as customer databases.
  • Coordinating calendars and scheduling appointments, ensuring all parties are informed of and kept abreast of schedules.
  • Other tasks assigned by Area Sales Manager

  • Participate in environmental issues and the future success in the field of air monitoring and air pollution.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 2+ years’ sales support experience.
  • Customer Focus.
  • Chinese native speaker with fluency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflows; be capable to meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Team oriented with the ability to also work independently.
  • Administrative Writing Skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Strong capability to learn new skills and knowledge
  • Can work under pressure and eliminate the pressure well
  • Can build up good relationship with the partners and customers
  • Experience in the industry of meters is a plus
Native Language: Chinese
Working Experience: 3-5 years
