HAHN + KOLB established its subsidiary in Tianjin 10 years ago in a well-known Economic Development Area. About 100 staff are employed in Tianjin, of which 50% are sales force operating in whole China.

Key Account Manager (m/f)
He/she should be able to have a strategic view on developing the customer. He/she has to understand thoroughly the needs and best solutions for the customer. A Key Account Manager must be able to see the bigger business issues for the client and help the client manage their business. He/she must also ensure all business deals are profitable for both sides.
The best KAMs are able to keep all stakeholders informed on all the important issues. Whether oral or written, it is critical that all communications are clear and convincing. He/she should be able to communicate in English.
He/she must understand that all progress is made through relationships and strong networks.
He/she must be proactive. He/she must have a “no excuses” mindset. He/she does what needs to be done. He/she coordinates multiple resources to the achievement of the decided upon outcome. He/she will take the blame for failures and give credit to the team for successes because he/she is driven by outcomes not their ego.
