Internal Operations Manager

Location: Tianjin



  • Managing all internal departments (e.g. internal sales, logistics, purchase, finance and HR, 33 people)
  • Establishing regular communication with all department heads to enhance cross-departmental cooperation
  • Restructuring work flow processes between internal departments in order to enhance quality, speed as well as to decrease costs
  • Providing the Managing Director with relevant information to effectively support the 50 employee strong external sales department, helping them to provide the best customer service possible
  • Communicate with the headquarters in Ludwigsburg, Germany, regularly
  • Minimum of 10 years working experience, and at least 5 years of management and team leading experience
  • Experience in working in a multicultural company, preferred within a German organization
  • Fluent in both Chinese (native language level) and English (speaking and writing), German would be an advantage
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration or other suitable backgrounds like Human Resource Management, Change Management, Training
  • Familiar with Lean Management, change processes and organizational restructuring
  • Team player, who displays strong initiative and drive
  • Flexible, communication talent, ability to work independently and to set clear goals
  • High level of motivation, capable to handle challenges and stress
  • Proficient computer literacy (esp. MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)

Working Experience: above 10 years
