Our Client is an international Trading Company, since 10 years located in Tianjin in a well known Economic Development Area. It belongs to a famous big German Industrial Group, established in 1898.

Our customers are FORTUNE 500 companies like SIEMENS, ABB, Airbus, Volkswagen, BASF, Beijing Steel, Qinshan Nuclear, Bosch, SEW, and many others.

The company is a certified creative engineering high–tech provider, selling tools for maintenance, repair and operation. About 100 staff are employed in Tianjin, of which about 50% work within sales, operating in whole China.


Our Client is currently looking for a


Human Resource Manager

Location: Tianjin



  • Manage the overall HR tasks for around 90 employees concerning all HR-related activities (e.g. HR systems, processes, recruitment, training, administration, contracts, onboarding etc.)
  • Dealing with the compensation and benefits as well as with the social security procedures
  • Support the Manager Director in creating HR strategies (e.g. for performance management, employee satisfaction and retention, remuneration, motivation, team spirit, and qualification)
  • Organization and participation in recruitment fairs
  • Handling the recruitment and training projects
  • Support in maintaining and improving the employee handbook, and HR documents, as well as create and improve HR processes
  • Organize team events and build up team spirit in order to increase the exchange of ideas amongst the workforce
  • Develop strategies to reduce employee turnover
  • Other assigned tasks from the Managing Director
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Human Resource Management
  • Experience in working in a multicultural company, preferred within a German organization
  • Fluent in both Chinese (native language level) and English (speaking and writing), German would be an advantage
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or any other relevant academic field, preferably with a focus on Human Resource Management
  • Familiar with Chinese Labor Law and corresponding regulations
  • Team player, who displays strong initiative and drive
  • Flexibility, organizational skills, communication talent, ability to work independently
  • High level of motivation
  • Capable to handle challenges
  • Proficient computer literacy (esp. MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
Native Language: Chinese
Working Experience: above 5 years
