About Company:

Our client is a European manufacturer in the field of safety control. The products will be widely used for automation industry and especially in the field of high requirements conditions etc. Now we are looking for a Finance and Admin. Manager for their branch in China.

About this job:
  • Full Accounting aspects on period end closing via ERP system
  • Preparing financial statements and monthly reporting timely
  • Cross functional collaboration to make sure the completeness of data capturing timely and accuracy;
  • Managing monthly CF and rolling free cash flow projections
  • Full compliance control per PRC requirement and HQ’s policy & standard
  • Participating in inventory control through reviewing sales forecast, follow up on Stock Obsolescence and write-offs
  • Reviewing and improve/ simplify internal workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Full responsibility on internal and external auditing, annual tax filing
  • Reviewing contracts and coordinate with corporate legal for compliance
  • Managing all intercompany transactions, recharges
  • Managing finance team and KPIs
  • Leading annual budgeting and Monthly rolling forecast update
  • Managing & monitor country KPI deliveries ( NS, NPBT, Debtors days, Overdue, stock days…..)
  • Advising on Customs and other legal risks
  • Being responsible for the company HR/admin. related tasks
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience at an international company, preferably in manufacturing field
  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related background
  • CPA and/or other relevant professional qualifications will be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and German
  • Experience in leading team project and multi-tasking
  • Good command of ERP and Chinese accounting software in both English and Chineses language
  • Strong analytical skill with excellent excel skill sets
  • Be familiar with local tax laws and tax preparation methods
  • Certain experience on HR and administration related tasks
  • Team sprite. Good communication skills to all level people
