About this job:
  • Communicate the advantages of cloud based accounting and advisory service and translate into business value easily recognizable by clients.
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate sales leads through conventional and creative business channels.
  • Build a trustworthy relationship with clients by engaging with them in various communication channels, such as email, wechat, and regular client meetings.
  • Understand client’s business imperatives and promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare sales proposal and contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop and grow a team of entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
Requirement:
  • Relevant experience and background in sales of accounting (advisory) service and business service.
  • Good knowledge in China GAAP, China business regulatory environment, business culture and doing business in China.
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with native level of English speaking and writing.
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in accounting, business administration, sales or relevant field
