The School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) is the graduate school of Leadership & Management at Steinbeis University. Our partner company is a manufacturer of oil-free piston and diaphragm compressors.

You want to combine your Master’s degree with valuable
professional experience? You want to prepare yourself for an
international career?
Within the framework of the program, you combine a fulltime
internship in the partner company with a two-year study program.

Your Tasks

• Market and product analyses
• Development and maintenance of a customer and
  supplier network
• Business Development for the company’s products
• Sales tasks starting from choosing the right product,
  creating offers, etc.
• Visiting customers / presenting the company at the
  customer and in China

Your Profile

• Completed engineering studies (at least Bachelor’s
  degree)
• Good technical understanding
• Strong sales skills, not afraid of hard discussions with
  customers (pricing, process and engineering)
• Willingness to work with different people and cultures
• Flexible thinking, communication and enthusiasm
• Distinct feeling for customer requirements
• Willingness to travel
• English fluent in spoken and written
