About this job:

Job Description: This part-time position is for ASDAN China Beijing office, we expect candidate to work distantly or in the office (part-time) and lead our EU MINI MBA programme also expect the right candidate to be able to travel to the Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium and the Netherlands twice a year in January and in July for two weeks each time.

You will:

  • complete skills training for six core skills in CoPE Qualification (improving learning, problem-solving, research, teamwork, discussion and presentation);
  • be involved in ASDAN Qualification Programmes for portfoliochecking and students’ evaluation;
  • lead ASDAN Programme in Europe (around twenty students, two weeks in January and two weeks in July) together with our experienced staff;
  • develop skills related to overseas trip agendamanagement, interviewing students, proof-reading and improving related academic materials and so on.

 

This position can be discussed as a full-time position as well (a 6-month to a 2-year contract).

Requirement:
  • Fluent in German;
  • Understanding of Chinese working culture would be a plus;
  • Organisational skills;
  • Enjoy to work with students and up for new challenges;
  • Ability to adapt to a new environment and a fast learner.
