About this job:

Direct Report to: Sales Director Asia/Pacific

Direct Subordinates: 6

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage export office in cooperation with Sales Director Asia Pacific
  • Ensure seamless workflow and communication with customers, distributors and Hörmann country organizations all over Asia Pacific Region
  • Ensure seamless workflow and communication with related departments and factories in China and Europe
  • Supervise the full work process of preparing quotation, finalize technical solution, negotiate contract and prepare delivery
  • Be the contact person for all daily management inquiries from internal and external
  • Coordinate and instruct the sales support team as well as other related departments
  • Other assignments as required

Education & Professional Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Technical, international trade or related areas


Relevant Experience

  • Solid Experience in Export as well as sales
  • 5+ years’ experience in international business, at least 2 years’ experience in Managerial position


Language Skills

  • Excellent in both oral & written English
  • German is a plus
